Introduction

The Metropolitan Council is the regional policy-making body, planning agency, and provider of essential services in the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. Every two years, the Metropolitan Council distributes federal funds for transportation projects through a grant program called the Regional Solicitation. The Metropolitan Council’s Transportation Advisory Board then reviews and selects projects for funding.

As part of this round of the Regional Solicitation, the Metropolitan Council would like to know how you would distribute funding for transportation projects across multiple funding categories. Your responses will help inform the Transportation Advisory Board as it considers project selection this spring and summer.

Thank you for participating. The Transportation Advisory Board will consider responses to this survey and consider funding scenarios starting in the spring, with an approval expected in early summer 2024. You can follow along on the Transportation Advisory Board webpage.
